Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. On average, shipping to Melbourne Metro areas starts from $12.50 and national metro from $15.00. Remote rates are charged on top of national rate at surcharges starting from $10.00. Parcels will be charged based on weight at the discretion of our staff in accordance with delivery providers specifications.

Unfortunately we only ship within Australia and are unable to ship internationally.

We use Sendle to deliver to all states across Australia. Alcohol deliveries with Sendle can have either a Signature on Delivery or be given Authority to Leave and be delivered without a signature.

A driver may not deliver a parcel with ATL if they deem it unsafe to do so, and this is at their discretion.

Parcels with Signature on delivery require a signature from someone over the age of 18. An identification check may be required if the individual looks under 25.

Drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery at any time.

While we don't have a set maximum quantity, we do reserve the right to place minimum and maximum quantity limits on certain orders.

In the unfortunate case of one or more broken products being delivered, please email us on info@edgemill.com.au or call +61 3 9982 8700 immediately so that we can rectify the situation promptly. We will issue a credit or send replacement product/s if you notify us within 30 days of the date of the payment. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.

You may for any reason cancel your order prior to products being dispatched from our warehouse and receive a full refund. Should you wish to cancel or return the order after the product has left our warehouse, you will be liable to pay for any and all delivery costs and it is your responsibility to arrange for the products to be picked up and returned to us. In this instance, a full refund minus return shipping will be issued within 7 days after we have received the returned product in good condition and in its original packaging.

Any price refunds will be affected within 30 days after we are notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned products being returned to us in original saleable condition. It is up to the customer to arrange and pay for freight of returned goods and the freight charge will not be refunded by us.
